The fees listed in the table do not differentiate between participants with or without presentations. The prices are determined based on participants’ employment status and affiliated institutions.

To complete your registration for the 12th Congress on Psychological Counseling and Guidance in Higher Education, organized in collaboration with Istanbul Technical University and Marmara University on October 15–16–17, 2025, please follow the steps below:

Transfer the congress fee to the appropriate IBAN according to your payment preference, with the following explanation:

Once all steps are completed, your registration will be confirmed.
Below are the participation fees and important notes for participants planning to attend the congress either as presenters or as audience members:

Lecturer / Research Assistant | 80 Euro
Field Professional (Public or Private Sector), Graduate Student | 60 Euro
Unemployed Graduate & Undergraduate Student | 50 Euro

The congress will be held in person.

The congress fee covers up to two presentations (submissions exceeding this limit will not be accepted).

In co-authored studies, each author attending the congress in person must pay the registration fee individually.
